About Us

Aktif Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. was founded in 1994 by the current Chairman of the Board Mr. Feridun Fazıl Paycı, and his colleagues former tax inspectors of the Ministry of Finance of Turkey, Mr. Enver Özcan, Mr. Sezer Güven, Mr. Ahmet Coşkun, Mr. Besim İnmez, Mr. Mehmet Bilici, and Mr. Hayrettin Zaman. After having Mr. Senol Cetin on board, we have expanded our reach and capabilities.

With our over three decades of expertise on tax and accounting services, we provide tax consulting services focusing on tax laws, Tax Certification Services, investment incentives, accounting and financial reporting, tax disputes and litigations, consultancy on Turkish Commercial Code and Labor Law for the companies, SMEs, and investors that are looking for sound, commercially viable legal and tax advice in Turkey.
